Booking Terms of Service for Footgolf Bookings
These Terms and Conditions of Booking are to be read in conjunction with our General Terms and Conditions as well as our Privacy Policy.
Terms and Conditions of Booking
To book a round at a Footgolf course you are required to complete the online booking process.
Booking
By processing your booking online through Book My Round, Footgolf Frenzy and Golf Finders you agree that all the information you provide is accurate and correct. To complete the booking you are required to enter a verifiable email address and other required fields and accept the terms and conditions. Once this has been done we will send you a confirmation email regarding your booking.
You should be aware that:
By booking you will be sharing your personal information with Book My Round, Footgolf Frenzy, Golf Finders (all the same company) and the Footgolf course you are booking with.
You are agreeing:
> To provide accurate personal information
> To fulfil your booking agreement
> That you are solely responsible for the content or information you provide
> That you will not provide inaccurate, misleading or false information. If information provided subsequently becomes inaccurate, misleading or false, you will promptly make efforts to change the information
> That you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these terms
Refund Policy
All bookings are subject to a nomial £2 booking fee to reserve your slot. This payment is non-refundable.
Administration Fee
The administration or booking fee for the majority of courses is a £2, non-refundable payment to reserve your slot.
If you are booking for The Notleys or West Park, Chelmsford, we charge an administration fee of 50p per person. This is non-refundable. The fee ensures we can continue to operate a seamless and efficient booking system for these courses.
These fees don’t relate to transaction charges incurred for processing payments and remains the same regardless of your payment method.
Cancellation Policy
If you wish to cancel your Footgolf course booking please contact us and the course.
No-Show Policy
The course has the right to charge the full amount of the booking if you don’t show up for your booking and didn’t cancel at a time that is within their cancellation window. Generally, a course will require 24 to 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule a booking.
Our Responsibilities
Book Your Round, Footgolf Frenzy and Golf Finders will respect your information and will comply with all applicable data protection legislation. When you provide your booking details we will share these with the Footgolf course.
By completing the booking process you are consenting to us using your personal information to provide the booking services.
Proprietary Rights
We own and retain all proprietary rights for the booking system.
Confidentiality
We will keep all information supplied by you confidential. We shall use or disclose such information only for the purposes for which such information was collected.
Warranties
We provide the scheme and website service on an “as is” basis and we grant not warranties of any kind in respect of the service.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall we be liable for any incidental, consequential or indirect damages arising out of or relating to the use or inability to use the service including without limitation, damages for loss or service interruption.
Indemnity by the user
You will indemnify and hold harmless the booking system, for any losses, costs, liabilities and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) relating to or arising out of your use of the system and your subsequent game at the Footgolf course. This includes any breach by you of the terms of this agreement.
Changes to our Terms and Conditions
Changes to these Terms and Conditions may be necessary from time to time to keep pace with changes in our services and changes to the law. We will update it, so please check it regularly.
